Mixed Martial Arts
"Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
"Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport, and
a self defence system that focuses on grappling and
especially ground fighting.
BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person
can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant
by using proper technique."
Thai Boxing (Muay Thai)
"Thai Boxing (sometimes called Muay Thai) is a combat sport
of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.
This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as
'the art of eight limbs'."

Conditioning & Bootcamp
"Strength and conditioning is a fitness and physical performance routine
