Steven Broughton – Boxing trainer.
Steven has been in the personal training industry for 9 years. During this time he has been exposed to a wide array of training methodologies and concepts, which he uses to get his clients in the best condition possible. Whether it’s training for a beach body or for a performance related goal he has the tools to achieve the end goal.
Previously a national level track and field athlete, Steven has experience across a wide variety of sporting events and understands what it takes to compete as well as to get yourself in the best possible condition to compete.
During the last five years Steven has trained in boxing, both the amateur level and professional. His last three years have seen him as second to boxing trainer of the year Shane McGuigan and as a result he has been involved in (arguably) the best professional boxing stable in the country which boasts the likes of two weight, three time world champion Carl Frampton, former crusierweight unified champion and heavyweight champion; David Haye, three time world title contender George Groves alongside some of the most exciting prospects in British boxing today.
During this period he has developed an understanding of how to build a fighter both physically and mentally in order to perform on fight night. He has refined his technical and tactical knowledge of the fight game and how to get the best of our both fighters and clients alike.
