Becoming a personal trainer came out of Maika's love of being active, practicing exercise and following a healthy lifestyle.

She has always been into sport and has a dancer background. While learning to dance, Maika realised how important it is to implement regular exercise and a balance diet into our everyday lives. In order to feel good with ourselves, not only physically but mentally and psychologically too, no matter whether sport related or simply for general wellness.

Maika spends her professional life trying to improve other's lives in an efficient and safe way for their health.

Maika works as a health coach: Motivating and supporting her clients to live healthier lifestyles, mentoring them to make small or large lifestyle changes in order to improve their health, fitness and self esteem. She uses personal goals that give her clients the tools they need to reach their potential.
