Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) / Meditation Trainer
Shaheena has a background in ice skating, music, performance and drama. She has been practicing Yoga for 6 years and thinks of it as a healthy and happy way of life in which well-being of the mind, body and soul come together.
She gives dynamic and challenging Vinyasa Flow group classes and tailors her one-to-one classes to suit the individual goals of her students. Using intuitive adjustments and demonstrations, she will guide you towards strength, flexibility, and stress reduction. She teaches intense physical sequences and deep stretching followed by a deeply meditative relaxation suitable for complete beginners or advanced students.
